Role Overview
The position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in sales within the banking sector and large corporations. Key responsibilities include increasing overall sales in Spain and France, conducting sales and marketing activities to generate business, and retaining clients and intermediaries for Inbonis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an ambitious sales plan for the country, focusing on strategies and tactics for acquiring new business and growing existing business.
  • Business development of consulting projects in financial institutions such as banks, pension funds, insurers, or asset managers.
  • Further develop and leverage existing relationships and actively prospect new customers and intermediaries.
  • Lead, coordinate, and conduct marketing activities and maintain an active and current pipeline of prospects at all times.
  • Collaborate with local and international colleagues and cross-sell Inbonis services.
  • Closing sales in accordance with targets outlined in personal targets/KPIs.
  • Create, adapt, and execute growth strategies to achieve key business objectives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor's degree with over 5 years' experience in the banking industry and a relevant network with large companies. Key qualifications include extensive knowledge of the industry, its participants, and the full suite of services offered by Inbonis, as well as the ability to act as a market builder and be one of the first comers within this industry in the country.
