In our Healthcare Quality department, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Engineer HT.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing interactions with customers and resolving technical issues related to medical devices. They will be responsible for defining controls to ensure quality and engaging with quality matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of product quality plans
  • Conducting and coordinating complaint investigations
  • CAPA coordination and execution
  • Change control management
  • New Product Introduction coordination
  • Engineering changes coordination
  • Work instructions coordination
  • Line support at product level

Requirements:

Fluent English skills (spoken & written)
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Biomedicine Engineering
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or bioengineering-biomedicine systems and principles of operations
Knowledge of quality standards and problem-solving competency
SAP skills (desirable)
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

Benefits:

Celestica offers a competitive salary range of €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
