Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at OPTIMAR SPAIN SAU. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing machine and product designs, performing design engineering tasks, and utilizing Inventor software to create detailed mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop mechanical designs according to project requirements
  • Interpret project layout and specification into final design layout and conveyor data list
  • Creation of assembly drawings, detail part drawings, 3D models, and bills of material to meet special inquiry and order requirements for both standard and non-standard products per company standards, practices, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the electrical and software technical office to achieve the complete project compliance
  • Provide technical support to Sales when necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Design Engineering, Machine Design, and Product Design skills
  • Mechanical Engineering proficiency
  • Experience with Inventor
  • Strong problem-solving and technical analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to project deadlines
