We are looking for a talented and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our retail team. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, adapting brand stories to the retail setting, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Key responsibilities include processing sales transactions, replenishing stock, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring all operational store policies and procedures are followed. You will also have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in retail or customer service, as well as effective selling skills and fluency in Spanish. English is advantageous but not essential.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase revenue and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and processed correctly.
  • Replenish stock regularly to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
  • Maintain visual displays by ensuring that all products are neatly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with operational store policies and procedures by adhering to all guidelines and regulations.
