Job Title: Supplier Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supplier Performance Specialist to join our team at Oilandgas.Org. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient performance of our suppliers and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, including quality ratings, participation in DPI programs, and days on hand in the supply chain.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in the coordination of new supplier set-up and transition processes.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Team to optimize MOQs and Lot Sizes.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and place purchase orders for production parts.
Requirements:
  • College degree and/or 5 years of confirmed experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new skills and apply them to tackle complex problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse styles and position levels.
  • Ability to drive tasks and projects through to completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • MS Office proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree plus 5 years of confirmed experience.
  • APICS/CPIM Certification.
