Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide expert consulting on SAP-related business processes, particularly within Materials Management (MM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and share it with the team and stakeholders through training sessions and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical and business knowledge relevant to SAP solutions.
Effectively manage business requirements, technical specifications, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution and operations.
Maintain, support, and optimize current SAP solutions to ensure continuous service improvement and operational efficiency.
Organize and deliver training sessions on current SAP MM and PM solutions to key users and business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with other IT streams to ensure smooth system integration and holistic issue resolution.
Requirements:
SAP MM & PM Expertise - Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior consultant in SAP MM and PM, including configuration, master data management, and support.
Project Participation - Proven track record of involvement in international SAP implementation or migration projects, particularly in data migration, testing, and training.
Procurement & Maintenance Domain Knowledge - Deep understanding of procurement processes and maintenance workflows within SAP.
IT Service Environment Experience - Experience working in IT service-driven, customer-oriented environments, preferably aligned with ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27000 standards.
Tool Proficiency - Familiarity with ServiceNow as a user and strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 modules.
Educational Background - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering.
