Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Global Business Strategies: Work closely with business leaders to develop and implement global business strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on business strategies and goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant business degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience of progressive growth in financial controller related roles at the manufacturing plant level.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
