About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on corporate sector roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Leverage expertise in talent acquisition to source top-tier candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze key recruitment metrics for continuous improvement of recruiting operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, particularly in the IT field.
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in French and English.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and improve recruitment strategies over time.
  • Based in Medellin or open to relocation.
