Strategic Business Insights Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Insights Analyst to join our team in Barcelona (hybrid) to help define the broader talent strategy across multiple teams.
The role is responsible for generating business insights from data analysis, which will be used to improve the Prime program. You will work closely with the business team, gather data, and present key findings to contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap with numbers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To generate business insights from data analysis and present them to the business team.
- To contribute to the Prime strategic roadmap by providing data-driven insights.
- To elaborate business cases to support strategic product decisions.
- To create dashboards and tracking systems to monitor and track business KPIs.
- To participate in the delivery of the Prime strategic projects and provide support from the business side.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, etc.).
- Experience in a role with a strong analytical component is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and large sets of data.
- Advanced Office skills, particularly with Google DataStudio.
- Strong analytical skills, fast-learner, with high attention to detail and focused on results and productivity.
- A self-starter and team player who enjoys having fun.
