Laboratory Researcher

• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a rotation.
• Conduct laboratory tests and procedures, including pipetting, buffer preparation, and nucleic acid extraction.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including automated liquid handling systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure compliance with national and international accreditation programs.

• Laboratory science degree or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.
• Proficient in standard biology laboratory techniques, including laboratory math and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Fragment Analyzer systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and familiar with MS Office programs.
