Our Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PR Trainee to support our Public Relations team at Bluequo. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the team in managing client accounts and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  2. Monitor and follow-up on media activity, including media contact and identification of opportunities and coverage reports.
  3. Develop and draft specific content for the media, including press releases, dossiers, calls, messages, and Q&A documents.
  4. Conduct telephone follow-up of press releases and calls for media releases, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Elaborate and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Assist in the development of new business proposals, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

  1. Intermediate level of Excel proficiency.
  2. Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
  3. Knowledge of the media landscape, including key players and trends.
  4. Previous experience in Public Relations, with a focus on media relations and campaign execution.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a passion for the industry.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to pivot as needed.

Educational Background

A degree in Advertising, PR Communication, Journalism, or a related field is highly desirable.
