Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sous-Chef Baker or Chef Baker to lead our bakery team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in croissants, sourdough bread, pastry, and Pannetone on natural sourdough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely Seasonal Updates: Ensure the entire shop is updated seasonally in a timely manner.
  • Bakery Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in the bakery.
  • Sanitary Standards: Monitor and control sanitary standards throughout the workshop.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness throughout the workshop.
  • Employee Scheduling: Monitor employee hours and create schedules for the entire workshop.
  • Tech Maps: Create technical maps of the entire shop.
  • KPI Recalculation: Recalculate KPIs quarterly for the entire workshop.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Not required but preferred.
  • Languages: English – Advanced.
  • Employment: Full-time.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, 5/2.
  • Salary: €1,700 – €2,000 monthly.
  • Benefits: +300/+500 KPI.
