Senior Software Engineer (Java / Spring Boot)
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative, agile environments and value software craftsmanship.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable backend systems in Java. You will deliver clean, testable code using Spring Boot and modern design principles, tackle complex engineering problems for enterprise clients across various industries, and mentor junior engineers.
The Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
- Mentor and support junior engineers to ensure knowledge transfer and growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute to a high-performance culture
What We're Looking For:
- Strong commercial experience with Java (11+) and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of TDD, clean architecture, and domain-driven design
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
