About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Payments and FinTech Practice Area at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing industry and functional expertise, insights, and knowledge assets to our case and proposal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Expertise and Insights: Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on payments and financial services, leveraging your understanding of industry trends and market information to support case teams and clients.
  2. Knowledge Asset Development: Collaborate with the Knowledge Team to develop and maintain knowledge assets, tools, and data to support our internal and external clients.
  3. Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex issues.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our clients.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry.
  3. Education: Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  4. Language: Fluency in English.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
