**About the Role:**

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager to spearhead product strategy and execution within our dynamic fintech environment.

This key position requires an expert who can navigate all aspects of the product lifecycle, from defining product vision to ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product development throughout its lifecycle, aligning with business objectives and user needs
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements to shape product vision
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Define priorities, create user stories, and plan product releases
  • Maintain product quality, technical integrity, and user-centric design

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software product management – Must
  • Experience working in Agile teams as a Product Owner – Must
  • Strong ability to create requirements documents based on business needs
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of software development processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong business orientation and ability to align product strategy with company goals
  • Experience in web and mobile product development
  • Experience in defining requirements for backend systems
  • Independent, fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree (BSc in Computer Science preferred) – Advantage
  • Experience with Fintech
