Job Description

We're seeking a data-driven, yet empathetic UX Designer to turn the design direction for our organization into actual products and experiences. As a hands-on role, you'll contribute to the processes of product discovery, design, and development, working with seasoned UX designers and collaborating with product managers, data analysts, and developers to create quality, device-agnostic user experiences and interfaces.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute visual design stages from conception to final hand-off to Frontend Engineering, maintaining our style and consistency.
  2. Plan and execute research, from heatmaps to user testing, to inform your design decisions.
  3. Understand and use analytics data to report insights and improve user experience metrics.
  4. Create a variety of deliverables from user journeys and personas to flows, wireframes, mockups, and test-ready prototypes.
  5. Track, measure, and understand impact, to iterate on current experiences and envision opportunities for new ones.
Requirements
  1. 1+ years' experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
  2. Deep understanding of the design process – especially related to digital products – and the ability to work at all levels of the UX process.
  3. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  4. Experience facilitating design thinking workshops with stakeholders.
