About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multilingual Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, engaging with job seekers, conducting initial screening and interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct initial screening and interviews
- Liaise with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Valid European Union passport
- Ability to work remotely post-training
- A competitive salary of 2000 euros per month, plus bonuses
- Fully paid training program
- Opportunity to work from home after the training period
