We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team at ITMAGINATION Sp. z o. o. in Malaga, Spain. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software development and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate and streamline our software delivery processes
- Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to detect and resolve infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
- Develop scripts in Python and Java to automate routine tasks and integrate systems
- Ensure high availability and scalability of our software applications
- Work with our team to design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical solutions, high availability, and application architecture
- Experience with event-oriented architectures and Kafka
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code technologies (Terraform, Ansible)
- Ability to write scripts in Python and Java
- Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
- Experience with AWS cloud services and monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, Micrometer)
- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, DNS)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions)
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm)
- Excellent English and Spanish skills
- A hybrid position with our client's office located in Malaga, Spain
- Possibility of 20 business days off each year
