Salary InformationWe offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around €12-15 per hour, depending on experience. This translates to an approximate annual salary of €25,000-€31,000, based on a 36-hour workweek.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate Leader to join our team at our Timberland store in Sabadell. As a Sales Associate Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in maximizing store sales and achieving sales goals
- Monitoring sales progress and results against key targets
- Leading an environment of productivity by engaging with customers on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates
- Ensuring excellence in customer service in the store
- Monitoring customer feedback and addressing customer concerns
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education; an associate's degree is preferred
- A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred
- The ability to apply knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within a specialized or technical field
