About the Role- Manage all aspects of the refurbishment project, ensuring it is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Oversee the entire refurbishment project, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including hotel owners, management, and operational teams.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise during the refurbishment process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in hotel refurbishment, hospitality construction, or similar projects.
- Proven experience managing renovation projects within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and health & safety standards.
