Faster Talent is seeking an experienced HSE Director to lead our team in Burgos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a Zero incident and Zero waste culture within the business, ensuring compliance with industry standards and Nutreco's global safety & environment management systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for safety cultural support, and a determination to get things done despite obstacles. They will also have at least 8 years of strong environmental and/or safety experience in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and continuously manage HSE improvement and compliance within the region
- Develop and manage HSE plans for the Business, aiming at deployment, coordination, implementation, monitoring and improvement of HSE policies and standards
- Ensure comprehensive and efficient implementation of Nutreco's HSE management system within the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related regional or global HSE role
- Chartered Member of IOSH / Certified Safety Professional (CSP) / Senior Safety Specialist (HVK) or equivalent
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
