We're experiencing rapid growth, with over 500 people in our global offices. We're seeking a Product Analyst - Data Insights to help us drive business success by analyzing complex data sets and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and evaluate key metrics, understanding their impact and drivers.
  2. Analyze business problems and present summaries to key stakeholders, including recommendations for next steps.
  3. Conceptualize, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Looker.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and incorporate feedback into services, functions, or products.
  5. Prioritize and complete analytical tasks using large, complex data sets to provide stakeholders with insights that help identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Data Insights Analyst or Product Analyst with advanced SQL skills.
  • Ability to decompose abstract business tasks into measurable indicators and clearly communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, R, Google Sheets/Excel, and familiarity with Google Analytics or Amplitude is a plus.
