Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Francesca's. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
  • Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
  • Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
  • Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Problem solve; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

Requirements
  • Preferred experience in a specialty retail store
  • Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique while includes, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
