About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Creative Director to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. as an Art Director / Integrated Creative Lead in our Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative digital and print content projects from brief to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand guidelines and develop creative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and staying within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and marketing.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
