About the Role

Newco Communications is seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Engage with potential customers to promote our products and services, and handle inbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Administration: Assist customers with product information, delivery, and invoicing, while maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
  • Teamwork: Foster a positive working environment, motivate colleagues, and ensure customers feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native-level Norwegian, both spoken and written, with a good level of English.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service via phone calls.
  • Communication and Social Skills: Strong communication and social skills, with a sales-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and familiar with different software applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Responsible, humble, and able to maintain a positive attitude towards change. Team player with strong listening skills and a service-oriented approach.
