Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our team as a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Global Realty Engineering department. This role will be based in Luxembourg with occasional travel to other locations within the EMEA region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading design, facility, and engineering activities within Amazon's Fulfillment Network across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. As a Sr TPM, you will be responsible for developing and cross-functionally managing fire protection engineering programs aimed at optimizing and enhancing the safety and efficiency of both existing and new facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement fire protection design specifications that meet industry standards and Amazon's requirements.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive the development and management of fire protection programs.
  3. Track key metrics and performance indicators to measure program success.
  4. Act as a consulting SME to stakeholders on fire protection engineering best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management, preferably in the field of fire protection engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams and software development teams.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
