At SD Worx, we are seeking a visionary leader to drive the growth of our International SAP Managed Payroll Services team. As the Director of Global Payroll Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of payroll services to our clients worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales excellence and have a strong understanding of SAP payroll systems and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the SAP international payroll practice, aligning with the company's goals and OKRs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and implementing the international MPS offering and roadmap within the SD Worx SAP organization
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the SAP international payroll practice
  • Directing and managing the SAP MPS delivery organization
  • Accountability for monthly leadership reporting across all countries and accounts
  • Managing all aspects of payroll service delivery, including setting service standards, managing service quality, and managing costs
  • Maintaining appropriate audit and control procedures
  • Collaborating closely with technology teams to ensure all systems and integrations related to payroll are operating efficiently and accurately
  • Overseeing the SAP payroll delivery support to the project team for the implementation and onboarding of new clients
  • Serving as the escalation point of contact for clients regarding payroll services
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with external payroll-related vendors
  • Collaborating with the sales and presales team during the sales process for new-new business and new-existing business
  • Responsible for the P&L of the international SAP payroll delivery practice
  • Responsible for people management, including recommendation of staffing, hiring, termination, and discipline, setting performance standards, and evaluating staff and staff development
