The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving the development of new products and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and develop project scopes
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Lead teams to build new products and features
- Communicate product development status to customers
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences
- Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes
- Test new products and features
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Spanish; Italian and English are a plus
- Experience in e-commerce web development projects
- Intuitive understanding of customer needs and preferences
- Knowledge of UX, software development, and digital analytics
- Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams
- Ability to collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Effective communication skills in English
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to recommend new tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or Master's in Product/Project Management
- Strong knowledge of wireframing tools
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, etc.
- Specific Shopify experience
