Project Management Officer Intern Role at Thales Systems

About the Role

As a Project Management Officer Intern, you will be part of the Bids, Projects and Customer Services team at Thales Systems. Your primary responsibility will be to support the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the Bids & Projects department.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze different activities to propose and develop improvements that increase efficiency and improve project management activities.

- Support the team in implementing new processes and tools to enhance project delivery.

- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.

Requirements

- Technical degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Data Mining, Industrial, Aeronautical or similar.

- Interest in new technologies, creative, analytical and innovative to propose new solutions from an external perspective.

- Technical process management knowledge.

- Project management skills.

- High level of English (B2 level or higher).

- 1050€ gross per month.

- Remote-friendly – 2 days a week working from home.

- 21 days holiday.

- Flexible working hours.

- Intensive working day on Fridays and during July & August.
