Key Responsibilities

As a Solution & Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our EMEA projects. This includes aligning project quality requirements with customer expectations and Dematic guidelines and standards.

You will apply, monitor, and report quality and continuous improvement initiatives, drive quality gates to prevent, avoid, and detect project execution risks, and facilitate discussions and drive resolution on any project quality-related issues.

Key Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver with a knack for quality improvements. You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years' experience in quality or project execution functions in a project-based business within logistics, automotive, aviation, or other related industries.

You should have a strong understanding of regional regulations, proven ability to write and produce technical reports, and oversee internal and external quality audits. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of codes, standards, and expertise in quality management.

A leader and team player with conflict resilience, right-first-time mentality, and proven skills in quality improvement techniques and risk management are also essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong capabilities in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), are required.

Data-driven and familiarity with Power BI and/or other data capturing tools are also beneficial. Fluency in English and German languages is required, and Italian, Spanish, and French language skills are considered beneficial.
