### Key Responsibilities and Skills

#### Analyze Requirements and Drive Application Design

As a Backend Developer at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in our microservices-based applications. Your focus will be on driving the design and architecture of our cloud-native applications. This involves analyzing requirements and translating them into robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

#### Develop, Deploy, and Operate Microservices-Based Applications

You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating microservices-based applications into cloud infrastructures. This requires a deep understanding of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.

#### Apply Test-Driven Development Approach

As a member of our team, you will apply the Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach to ensure the quality and reliability of our software. This involves writing unit tests using Pytest, functional tests using WireMock and Robot, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

#### Maintain Software and Support Life-Cycle Management

You will be responsible for maintaining software and supporting the life-cycle management of microservices & Machine Learning components. This involves monitoring software performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure optimal system performance.

#### Product & Security Documentation

You will support product and security documentation, ensuring that our software solutions are well-documented and meet the required security standards.

### Requirements

* 4+ years of experience in a Backend role or similar
* Deep experience in Python programming
* Deep understanding and experience in building microservices-based applications (Cloud-native)
* Experience in REST API, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, S3
* Experience in Agile software development methodologies
* Experience in TDD: unit testing (pytest), functional testing backend (wiremock and robot), frontend (playwrite) and CI/CD (Jenkins)
* Experience in cloud computing platform (AWS/ GCP/ Azure, etc)
* Experience with pub/sub systems would be a plus – e.g., Kafka
* Understanding ML DevOps would be a plus
