We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renewable Energy Project Engineer Trainee (Private and Multilateral Sectors) located in Madrid, to provide technical support throughout all phases of Technical Advisory and Owner's Engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Engineering team in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development and review of Renewable Energy Plants (solar PV and CSP, wind, mini-hydraulic, BESS and PtX), providing technical support in all project phases: project development, engineering design, construction, and commissioning, as part of the technical advisory and owners' engineering team.
- Support in Technical Due Diligence and Lender Technical Advisor reports, technology evaluation, Operation & Maintenance, etc.
Work Location:
OCA Global offices in Madrid.
Work will be developed office-based and for all projects implemented by OCA Global worldwide (EMEA, Latam, Central Asia).
Requirements:
- BSC in any relevant Engineering.
- MSC in Renewable Energy would be favorably considered.
Language Skills:
- Spanish and English: Native or full professional proficiency.
- French would be favorably considered.
Personal Competencies:
- Efficient communication, meeting organization, and reporting.
- Proactivity and flexibility.
- Efficient problem resolution.
- Knowledge and experience in software like PVSyst, Windpro will be valued.
- Level Expert in MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
