Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Sales Strategy to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage with the technology industry and contribute to impactful projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing product portfolio strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Sales Strategy Development: Plan product portfolio strategies for key channels in various EU countries, develop channel sales strategies for each product series, and collaborate with relevant teams to track and manage product lifecycle plans and turnover.
  2. Channel Sales Strategy Execution: Review and monitor annual and monthly goals for each channel, integrate sales and retail resources, and ensure the annual target progress advances as expected.
  3. Sales Analysis and Improvement: Combine own volume and price forecasts and competitor insights to analyze and propose sales strategies for key channels and key products, forming decision-making opinions on resource investment; collaborate with local teams of EU countries to execute and implement, improving sales results.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in the smartphone industry of channels/sales/retail/products preferred. Good communication skills, strong logical thinking, with a strong sense of goal and rapid learning iteration ability. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of independently completing projects and driving the team to achieve goals. Proficient in Chinese and English communication, strong stress resistance.
