About the Role
The Airline Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for delivering omnichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, budget, and KPIs are set and achieved at the end of each campaign. This position will drive and build compelling campaigns to achieve commercial performance and maximize brand impact by working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates campaign briefs that outline required timelines, budget, and KPIs.
- Manages virtual project teams, effectively managing key stakeholders across multiple areas to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
- Works closely with the Marketing Services, Marketing Strategy and Planning team, Business Lines Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams.
- Collaborates with Marketing Services to ensure content for planned campaigns is delivered according to plans and is in line with the agreed campaign messaging strategy.
- Collaborates with external agencies to ensure creative output is delivered according to the campaign brief.
- Engages with the field marketing team to ensure campaigns are fit for regional deployment/execution.
- Ensures campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
- Accountable for ensuring all promotional materials are of high quality, consistency, with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading evident.
- Ensures brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and across all marketing channels, as well as manages any legal approvals required.
