**Responsibilities**
As a Pricing Leader, Mobility EMEA, you will lead strategic activities to support business quote process by developing recommendations, preparing necessary analysis/reports to facilitate leadership decisions regarding business strategies, understanding competitive value, and margin enrichment together with the business.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Lead and manage the pricing development process from initial draft through the review process and production of final internal and customer pricing.
- Develop and document the proposal win strategy, including strengths and weaknesses as well as resources needed for the proposed effort.
- Lead regional and global quote reviews.
- Build database of pricing knowledge.
- Pricing on won/lost opportunities.
- Pricing comparisons across regions.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of pricing strategies and be able to develop and implement effective pricing solutions. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
