Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with Waiter functions to support administrative and logistical tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining updated records of shipments and receipts
  • Coordinating warehouse management and ensuring timely deliveries

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess both administrative and logistical skills. Experience in managing records and coordinating logistics is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
