**Division Overview**
The Operations & Shared Services division provides payroll and HR solutions to organizations with over 250 employees. SD Worx is the market leader in this segment, thanks to its innovative products and comprehensive, tailor-made services.
**Unit Description**
The payroll consultants within Payroll LE are the link between our customers and the processing of their payroll and personnel administration. They are in direct contact with the payroll managers of our clients and assist them in processing their payroll in the software. The payroll consultants are responsible for payroll calculation and pre and post payroll processing.
**Job Responsibilities**
• Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation, as well as the use of payroll packages.
• Following up, calculating, and checking client wages.
• Maintaining a relationship of trust with clients.
• Keeping knowledge and experience up to date within various areas of payroll and personnel administration and various systems.
• Serving as a single point of contact for customers and communicating with supporting services of SD Worx.
• Identifying inefficient processes, suggesting optimizations, and implementing them, possibly under the guidance of a payroll consultant.
• Sharing best practices across teams.
• Transferring knowledge and tasks to colleagues in the assigned group and supporting them in administrative, payroll, and legal matters.
**Profile Requirements**
• Strong interest in HR, with a specific focus on payroll and social legislation.
• Analytical mind and great affinity for software applications.
• Flexibility to meet client deadlines and stress resistance.
• Eagerness to learn, strong customer focus, autonomy, meticulousness, and ability to work quickly.
• Strong communication skills.

**Language Requirements**
Dutch is mandatory, French is a plus.
