**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the team in taking senior managerial responsibility for the department.
- Utilize skills in systematic reviews and/or evidence synthesis to contribute to all aspects of the department's work.
- Lead, manage and quality check high-quality delivery of evidence synthesis and analytical tasks and projects for clients to time and budget.
- Provide strategic and technical expertise both to clients and internally.
- Develop study designs and analytic plans to answer research questions.
- Lead development of qualitative and/or qualitative analysis plans for evidence synthesis.
- Support other project activities as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in statistical packages for evidence synthesis.
- Understanding of the role of evidence synthesis within the HTA processes.
- Ability to develop study designs and analytic plans.
- Strong communication and project management skills.

- A strong background in evidence synthesis and/or systematic reviews.
- Experience working with clients and internal stakeholders.
