We're seeking a talented Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating consistent sales opportunities for our field Sales Representatives. This involves identifying and qualifying prospects and deciders in targeted companies, leading generation for sales, and successful execution of permanent and segment-specific telemarketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating consistent sales opportunities for the field Sales Representatives
  • Identifying and qualifying prospects and deciders in targeted companies
  • Leading generation for sales (prospect qualification, scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
  • Identifying leads and conducting lead management
  • Successful execution of permanent and segment-specific telemarketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Proficient or bilingual in French and advanced in English
  • Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
  • Very good knowledge of telemarketing/sales
  • Outbound experience/sales experience
  • Ability to identify new sales chances
  • Transparent work habits
  • Good self-organization, punctuality, loyalty, reliability, high social competence, and teamwork

We offer a full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract, salary 25,000 euros gross/year + up to 2,000 euros gross/year in bonus, great office location in Barcelona, friends hunting (referral) bonus, full paid training, career development program, and specialized courses.
