Job Summary
FTEJerez is seeking an experienced Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join our team. As a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and training ab-initio commercial pilots in the 14 ATPL Theoretical Knowledge subjects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a classroom setting.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and training materials.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in training.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the EASA/UK CAA syllabus and aviation industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a ground instructor or in a related field.
- Proven track record of teaching and training in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High level of written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or military aviation.
- Knowledge of the EASA/UK CAA syllabus.
- Experience in planning and delivering training programs.
