Job Summary

FTEJerez is seeking an experienced Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join our team. As a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and training ab-initio commercial pilots in the 14 ATPL Theoretical Knowledge subjects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a classroom setting.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and training materials.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in training.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the EASA/UK CAA syllabus and aviation industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a ground instructor or in a related field.
  • Proven track record of teaching and training in a classroom setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High level of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial or military aviation.
  • Knowledge of the EASA/UK CAA syllabus.
