Your Responsibilities
- Manage the establishment and tracking of relevant sales and channel partner initiatives and processes.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with various sales stakeholders and departments.
- Support stakeholders in analyzing and updating data points and KPIs to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
- Input and maintain data in in-house databases to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal processes and stakeholder meetings, including follow-ups with channel partners.
- Contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and projects within the sales operations team.
- Provide administrative support for project planning and execution.
- Help document processes and monitor project progress.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the sales operations function.
Candidate Profile

- Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
- Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university for a minimum of 6 months.
