Job Description:

As a Strategy & Execution Manager in the Energy and Utilities Sector, you will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships. You will apply knowledge of business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights and supervise work including strategy development, change management plans, and the creation and development of business cases. You will provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations, including the development of presentations, managing of external relationships and consultant work progress, providing status reports, and conducting analyses to define client needs and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data. You will oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Apply knowledge of business and organizational principles to construct actionable insights and supervise work including strategy development, change management plans, and the creation and development of business cases.
  • Provide project management oversight required to meet client expectations.
  • Develop presentations, manage external relationships and consultant work progress, provide status reports, conduct analyses to define client needs, and supervise research activities to obtain relevant data.
  • Oversee the formulation of research hypotheses and the subsequent advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise aligned in the Energy & Utilities Sector.
  • Over 6 years of consulting experience, with relevant industry experience.
  • At least 1+ years at a project lead level.
  • Strong management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide guidance to teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
