Digital Marketing Professional for International Expansion

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Professional to join our team at Blu Selection in Lisbon. As a key member of our international expansion efforts, you will be responsible for daily customer support in the B2B market and identifying sales opportunities. Your role will involve establishing trust with key decision makers in the marketing industry and consultants for online advertising strategies, understanding their business objectives to achieve effective online advertising, and offering strategic campaign support and advertising training to educate your customers. Additionally, you will aim to increase sales through up-selling to train customers and achieve high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
You will be a strategic thinker with a drive for excellence and professionalism, possessing excellent communication and listening skills as well as being a true team player willing to work with many different nationalities. You should speak Dutch on a native level and have a good level of English (at least B2), as well as a high school degree or already have a bachelor's degree and a sales or marketing background.
This is an exciting opportunity to start your digital marketing career in an innovative and international company with start-up flair. You will receive 5 weeks of training including Google Ads certification, which is useful for future employers. The contract type is fixed-term for one year, with the possibility of renewal every year. Working hours are Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week).
The salary conditions include two options:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): €1040 gross/month + potential bonus of up to €900 gross quarterly.
- Without accommodation: €1298 gross/month + potential bonus of up to €900 gross quarterly.
