About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Sales and Marketing consultant, you will play a key role in guiding companies on their online advertising strategies and achieving individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Online Advertising Strategies: Provide expert guidance to companies on their online advertising campaigns, ensuring they achieve their business objectives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the team's growth targets, shaping the online marketing landscape.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, driving repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Digital Marketing Trends: Continuously update your knowledge and skills to ensure you are at the forefront of digital marketing best practices.
  • Participate in Training and Certification Programs: Engage in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your skills and stay competitive in the market.
Requirements
  • Native French Speaker
  • C1 Proficiency in English
  • EU Citizenship or Spanish Residency Card
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Advertising and PPC Campaigns
  • Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Outbound Sales, Preferably B2B
  • Strong Leadership, Analytical, and Communication Skills
  • Passion for Marketing, Technology, and Online Advertising
  • Desire to Learn and Grow within the Field
