About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team and drive future growth in international student recruitment. As a key member of our global recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase student enrollments from international markets. Your expertise will help us identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with high-profile clients, and manage student and agent expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase international student recruitment
  • Identify new business opportunities in existing and new markets
  • Liaise with high-profile clients and manage student and agent expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Considerable experience working in the education sector, specifically in colleges and universities
  • Proven track record of success in international student recruitment and business development
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
