Key Responsibilities- Analyze business needs from internal and external stakeholders, including clients and implementation presales consultants.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Discuss functional aspects of required products with stakeholders and define acceptance criteria.
- Focus on high-quality functional analysis, aligned with global standards for integration, and customer needs.
- Align functional requirements with technical design in collaboration with developers and testers.
- Create functional non-functional user stories to establish a clear understanding of required behavior.
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and provide functional support for the squad.
- Align with other product teams on functional requirements that transcend the Workday squad design/development.
- Create functional documentation to support technical development and internal questions.
- Communicate functional changes through knowledge transfer sessions and ShowTell sessions.
- Assist during internal demos and testing of delivered functionalities.
- Do intakes on reported bugs or minor change requests.
