We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our project team at Mystery Project as a Construction Project Manager responsible for subcontract oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Manage subcontract agreements in alignment with project specifications, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to identify and select qualified subcontractors who meet project requirements.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance, resolve on-site issues, and review invoices and claims.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to subcontractor management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
