Job Description

In the architecture of SD Worx Enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a crucial role. As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a vital part in coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to make our Salesforce Suite better and more user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Comprehend functional requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  2. User Experience: Ensure users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  3. Business Requirements: Gather and create business user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow analysis.
  4. Story Refining: Create and refine business user stories.
  5. Insight Sharing: Share business and technical insights with Product Owners.
  6. Process Flows: Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and SD Worx' business.
  7. Agile Methodology: Use Agile to track projects.
  8. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate regularly with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
  9. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform manual user acceptance testing to ensure products meet requirements and function correctly.
  10. Reporting and Analytics: Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  11. Defect Resolution: Provide technical support to resolve configuration defects.
  12. Release Readiness: Assess readiness to deploy each release.
  13. Technology Awareness: Stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments, including future releases.
  14. Project Ownership: Take ownership and follow up on assigned projects, ensuring targets are met.
  15. Testing and Evaluation: Create test plans, document release notes, demo videos, evaluate, and track testing results.
  16. Usability and QA: Check the usability view of the product and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems.
Educational / Skill / Experience Requirements
  1. Degree holder in IT/IT related fields or equivalent by experience.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. SQL.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Effective communication and proactive idea sharing.
  6. Autonomous and take initiatives when relevant.
