Job Title: Strategic Marketing Manager, Planning And Performance Measurement, Industrial Automation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior manager to develop and lead the new Strategic Marketing Planning function within the Industrial Automation business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the strategic marketing planning, prioritization, and performance tracking tailored to the Industrial Automation growth strategy to deliver an effective annual marketing and execution plan.
  • Drive the strategic marketing planning ensuring goal setting, success measurement, resource allocation, and execution roadmap while being flexible to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Industrial Automation and key markets/countries to align on the marketing strategies, action plans, and milestones to ensure impactful execution.
  • Review and analyze existing planning processes and cadence to provide recommendations, guidelines, and actionable insights for better alignment and impact.
  • Set and measure marketing plan's effectiveness based on agreed success metrics and KPIs with leaders as part of the planning handshake.
  • Analyze marketing plan impact, extracting key data insights to support, adapt, and adjust plans for increased effectiveness.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, support, and visibility, specifically with our main countries.
  • Drive innovation in strategic marketing planning methodology and project planning, leveraging advanced tools and staying abreast of best practices to continuously improve our capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of global experience in marketing in an MNC or a marketing agency.
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, project management, and planning.
  • Leverage processes and tools to develop marketing strategies for business impact and growth.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify processes and implement effective frameworks for execution and performance tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive change management.
