**Job Title:** HR Business Partner - Sr. Manager

**Job Summary:** As a Strategic HR Partner, you will work closely with our business teams to align people initiatives with organizational objectives. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business and HR, driving a positive workplace culture, fostering employee engagement, and contributing to our overall success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development, ensuring compliance with global HR policies.
  • Drive career coaching and development initiatives to enhance high performance and employee growth.
  • Assess employee development needs, recommend solutions, and implement effective talent development programs.
  • Work closely with the reward team to design and implement compensation cycles, ensuring fairness and equity.
  • Develop and implement talent development and succession planning initiatives to identify and nurture future leaders.
  • Collaborate on organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and culture development to improve overall performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee and management, managing conflict resolution, addressing grievances, and providing guidance on employee-related issues.
